Request for proposal (RFP)
Initial contact with us always starts with a thorough questioning from us of your requirements, purpose, goal and budget for your planned event. Our aim is to assist you in the best possible way to help you meet the quality and cost level you are expecting for the event. Based on the questioning, if you wish to compare different options, we will, of course, include that in the proposal.
The next step after signing is for us to confirm the event with our suppliers and start the actual planning. You will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will assist you during the entire event. We will take care of all details and make sure that all regulations are being followed. Your project manager co-ordinates all supplier relations to make your event a great success. We will arrange a site inspection of the selected sites, if required. A financial review will follow after the event. The post-event follow-up and evaluation are, from our point of view, necessities for continued relations and events.
